Resumo: The study on tertiary demand a multidisciplinary look. To confer to the tertiary a multifaceted perspective will give us a contribuition to watch the ways of activities that urges for its own theory. The complexity of the phenomenon requests a new reading of the old and recent concepts for the construction of a particular theoretical skeleton to the tertiary to understand its reality as a vital force of the process of current production and reorganization of the territories.
