Seventy-four cases have been reported in English-language literature to date. In this study, we describe the case of an 81-year-old male patient with parotid gland carcinosarcoma featuring foci of undifferentiated carcinoma and sarcomatous components such as chondrosarcoma, high-grade undifferentiated sarcoma, and malignant giant cell tumor.
