O artigo é um exercício de simulação da comercialização de um filme nacional fictício em cinema, home video (mercado de DVD) e televisão, aberta e fechada. Esta simulação permite observar a remuneração de cada agente envolvido e destacar dentre as respectivas remunerações o montante de recursos recolhidos de impostos. Foi realizada também uma simulação que observa o impacto na arrecadação adicional dos agentes envolvidos em um ambiente de imunidade tributária na indústria cinematográfica nacional. Conclui-se que a receita adicional pode destinar mais investimentos para o desenvolvimento do setor e ainda, em determinados casos, permite o financiamento de filmes nacionais sem leis de incentivo ou, em um primeiro momento, um financiamento misto de leis de incentivo e recursos privados. The Tax Burden in the National Cinema The article is an exercise of simulation of the trading of a fiction national movie in cinema, home video (DVD market) and television. This simulation intends to observe the payment of each agent involved and highlight, among the respective payments, how many resources are taken from taxes. It has also been made a simulation which observes the impact in additional collection of the agents involved inside an environment of tributary immunity in the national film industry. In conclusion, the additional collection can attribute more investments to the development of the sector and yet, in certain cases, it permits the financing of national films without incentive laws or, in a first moment, a mix financing of incentive laws and private resources.
