Accelerators are organizations focused on leveraging technology-based companies, especially scalable businesses. However, there is little reference to its structure and hierarchy. The reason for this shortage is that it is a recent organization. The first one appeared in the United States in 2005, in Brazil in 2008. The purpose of this study was to develop a proposal for an organizational structure for an accelerator of technology-based companies. The methodology adopted was the reference bibliographical research on key subjects, such as: innovation habitats; models of organizational structures. In order to compose the necessary knowledge to prepare the proposal of the organizational structure. The result was the proposal of an organizational structure for an accelerator of technology-based companies, based on the organizational team model. The proposed model will serve as an orientation for the structuring of new accelerators, or even adequacy of existing ones.
