Partnership agreements are instruments which are used for the development of joint scientific and technological research activities, and the development of technology, products, services or process between public and/or private partners, in accordance with the Innovation Law. The objective of this paper was to prospect information about partnership agreements and the existence of tools or software that could facilitate the establishment of such instruments. The results of this paper or the lack of identification of results, as demonstrated during the paper, may indicate that there are few tools related to the subject, which represents an important theme to Scientific and Technological Institution (ICTs).  Thus, as noted, it is important to develop actions for appropriation of the theme by Technological Innovation Centers (NITs) and ICTs, as well as the development of tools or software that may help the establishment of such relationships.
