Resumo: This article presents the results of an exploratory research in order to understand how Sebrae DF clients demonstrate their knowledge of the work carried out by this institution. Sebrae is an institution that supports Brazilian Micro and Small Companies in managing their businesses and conducts market research on their performance, including against their competitors, to create methods that provide conditions for the development of innovative products. From this point on, an exploratory research was carried out with Sebrae DF customers to apply the Five V methodology and propose an innovative business model to meet their demands. Finally, we reached the result that Sebrae products are relevant to customers, but a review of its methodology is necessary in light of customer needs so that its efficiency is ratified.

A partir dessa perspectiva, foi realizada pesquisa exploratória com clientes do Sebrae-DF com o objetivo de explorar a visão que os clientes do Sebrae-DF possuem sobre os serviços ofertados por essa instituição. Na metodologia, foi aplicada a ferramenta  Five V para inovar no  modelo de negócio do Sebrae e assim aprimorar os benefícios ofertados à sociedade e ao mercado.
