Resumo: O crescimento contínuo do trabalho remunerado na população feminina é um fato revelador de um amplo quadro de mudanças. Entre essas, destacam- se as configurações subjetivas, baseadas nas experiências vividas pelas mulheres na família e no trabalho. Essas esferas também se modificam, pois a organização familiar passa a se apoiar em novas bases, redefinem-se as condições da reprodução, em decorrência da estruturação das classes sociais e surgem novas oportunidades no mercado de trabalho. The steady increase of wage labor among women is one of the signs of a more pervasive set of changes occurring to the feminine subjectivity. As new conditions of class structure, new labor market opportunities, and new reproduction logic develop, women experience in a different way both work and family life.
