Resumo: Cities were neither built nor conceived to be inhabited by women or dissident existences and identities. Occupying the urban territory is configured as an act of survival, when we refer to bodies historically traversed by sexual harassment and patriarchal, racist, classist and homolesbobitransphobic violence. Thus, elaborating confrontation strategies or responses to violent approaches are necessary to agency our own body-territory and propose a more dialogic communication with the urban territory. In this article we analyze two artistic and communicational performances carried out in the city of Tegucigalpa, capital of Honduras, which propose strategies of healing, denunciation, and communication. As a theoretical basis to provoke the reflections proposed here, we use the spiral of silence and the practice of artistic performance as possibilities of empirical study and healing that respond to the need to break with fear as a mark of dissident bodies.
