Resumo: The objective of this study was to analyze what determines the loyalty of employees of automotive dealerships. The determinants of loyalty are the proposals dimensions in the studies of Bates et al. (1995): relation to coordination, relationship with supervisors, rewards offered by the company, group problem solving, proximity to the leadership, centralization of power in the company and the company's philosophy. For this analysis, we carried out a descriptive and quantitative study with 151 employees seven car dealerships located in the city of Blumenau. By means of multiple linear regression, it was found that the investigated items, only the company's philosophy and problem solving in teams contribute to the loyalty of the employee to the company.

Como determinantes de la lealtad, utilizamos las dimensiones de Bates et al. (1995) en cuanto a la coordinación, la relación con los supervisores, los premios ofrecidos por la empresa, la resolución de problemas en grupo, la proximidad a la dirección, la centralización del poder en la sociedad y la filosofía de la empresa. Para este análisis, se realizó un estudio descriptivo y cuantitativo con 151 empleados siete concesionarios de automóviles ubicados en la ciudad de Blumenau. A través de regresión lineal múltiple, se encontró que la filosofía y la solución de problemas en grupo contribuyen a la lealtad de los empleados de la empresa.O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar o que determina a lealdade de funcionários de concessionárias automotivas. Como determinantes da lealdade, pesquisaram-se as dimensões propostas nos estudos de Bates et al. (1995): relação com a coordenação, relação com supervisores, recompensas oferecidas pela empresa, resolução de problemas em grupo, proximidade com a chefia, centralização de poder na empresa e filosofia da empresa. Para esta análise, realizou-se um estudo descritivo e quantitativo com 151 colaboradores de sete concessionárias de veículos localizadas na cidade de Blumenau.
