Resumo: | The present work uses the modell of biographic interview for studying the development of a vocational behavior from the point of view of Donald. Super’s theory. The interview has seven diferent systematics for obtaining the necessary information for an analysis about vocational behavior. The theory of Super is the outgoing point for this analysis. The named analysis was made based upon the seven sistematics that compound the biographic interview and based upon Super’s paradigma. This method allowed the identification and description of the development of a identity related to work, in which the choice and preparation for a ocupation was present as well as expected while a continuation of the life periods, i.e., playing and educational periods, which antecipates and build a interface with the vocational formation. Through this experience we discovered that the considered generation is prepared for its professional experience as a basis for its choice, or rahter, its vocational destination, especially to ensure an economic independence in perspective. Finally, the findings pointed to the appropriateness of the use of biographical interviews for vocational exploration. |

Diferentes sistemáticas ajudam na construção de uma biografia. O modelo de entrevista utilizado proporcionadeterminadas informações que servem para a análise do comportamento vocacional da entrevistada. A nomeada análise foi feita apartir das sete sistemáticas que compõem a entrevista biográfica à luz do paradigma de Donald Super. O método utilizado permitiua identificação e descrição do desenvolvimento de uma identidade relacionada ao trabalho, na qual a escolha e preparação para umaocupação estava presente e esperada como uma continuação de fases da vida, isto é, fases de jogos e estudo que antecedem e formamuma interface com a formação profissional. Por meio da experiência acolhida, viu-se que a geração considerada é preparada para aprática de uma experiência profissional como base de sua escolha, ou melhor, de seu destino vocacional, principalmente no sentidode assegurar, em perspectiva, uma independência econômica.
