Resumo: It presents the LTi Project from the perspective of social inclusion through intervention in the information system of the Information Science academic community of the Federal University of Paraíba, in the context of the network society, highlighting the LTi Portal as an information mediation action. It highlights the elements of inclusion that the project makes available to academics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, as well as to the diversified public of Brazilian society. It discusses the articulation of information actions and their integration to research-teaching-university extension activities, with the aim of facilitating the communication of scientific and technological information on the Internet and promoting skills in intellectual technologies for the production and sharing of information in a safe way, practical and accessible to the academic public. Evidencia os elementos de inclusão que o projeto disponibiliza para os acadêmicos em níveis de graduação e pós-graduação universitárias, bem como para o público diversificado da sociedade brasileira.
