Resumo:	The seriousness, commitment and constant search for the dissemination of researchperformed by nurses has followed the trajectory of the Rev. RENE since the launch of its first issue in 2000. The work of theeditorial board has reaped good results and ispleased commenting that the journal isindexed in CUIDEN database and is classified as National B journal by Qualis CAPES.
