Resumo: This article is an addition to many others to help the Northeast to realize that there are multiple images about it. It intents to help the understanding that there are a local and a foreign images about that region. It also wants to enphasize  that there are political, ideological and marketing intentions on those images, as always have in any image when human groups create specific images about a specific region.
