Resumo: This article aims to discuss the process through which the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) launched an expansive dynamic towards spatial contexts hitherto inhospitable to the group, located essentially in the countryside and border portion of the center-south of Brazil. In this analytical effort, various contents (academic and journalistic) produced about the group are used, in addition to material prepared by the PCC itself. In the end, it appears that the group's endeavor to transcend its space of origin (here defined as urban-prison) and to appropriate new spaces in different contexts (here defined as countryside-border) was, in general, successful, even though the group faced certain limitations along this path

Nesse esforço analítico são utilizados diversos conteúdos (acadêmicos e jornalísticos) produzidos sobre a facção, além de material elaborado pelo próprio grupo.
