Resumo: The article analizes, throughout the revision of literature conceptions of some authors (Simmel,Elias/Scotson and Freud) about the relation of the foreing in the modernity; analizes and relates this fact to its historical context. Making these conceptions a problem or refering them with representation and social estigmas. This article finds actual aspects of event of the international migrations in europe, showing with this figure of foreing is still a problem and a big challenge for the contemporary social living.
