Resumo: This work aims to study the tools of Lean Production in Construction, seeking to understand the improvements brought by this philosophy and offer options for measures that discontinuities in production are reduced or eliminated. To conduct this study, we carried out a study of the problems of discontinuity of services in a stage of development, checking their respective causes. From this, it is proposed to apply some lean tools constrution, beyond the work itself already applied, and observed the results. At the end, it can be concluded that discontinuities occur in an environment that uses some concepts of lean construction with a significant frequency and under activities important for full and continuous phase in carrying out the analysis as well as for the following steps.

Para a realização desse estudo, realizou-se um estudo dos problemas de descontinuidade de serviços em uma etapa de empreendimento, verificando suas respectivas causas. A partir disso, propõe-se a aplicação de algumas ferramentas lean constrution, além das que a própria obra já aplicava, e observou-se os resultados.
