This research presents a process of collective production of harm reduction strategies created in the context of workshops with young people from Jangurussu, in the periphery of Fortaleza - CE. These strategies compose subsidies for a harm reduction application aimed at young people from the periphery. The need to systematize and make available information about care in the use of psychoactive substances is necessary in the face of the scarcity of adequate and available information. Using the epistemological-methodological reference, Construccionism, the collective production of strategies through workshops facilitated the reception of harmonia reduction practices already used by them and collectively produce new practices based on dialogic interanimation, negotiation, displacement and contrasts of discursive practices. the public. In addition to harm reduction strategies, general application characteristics were also produced, marked by interactivity, a device that allows users to continue the co-production of the application, similar to what happened during workshops. The results point to the phenomenon of designers drugs as a producer of damages, this being, in turn, produced by the context of "drug war". Hypotension, exaggeration, polydrug use, use in unsafe contexts and without people of confidence nearby were factors pointed out as determinants of bad, difficult or risky experiences. The possibility of re-meaning such experiences as learning has emerged as a form of harm reduction and ways of dealing with such situations. Being in the company of trusted people and in safe places, in addition to feeling well before use, have emerged as recurring determinants of good experiences. The understanding of harm reduction by young people in a broad sense, from the feeding, sports practices, physiological and sociopsychological aspects, directly or not related to the use, was verified. It is hoped that through co-construction with the young interlocutors of this research, other young people will be able to reposition themselves, reflect and evaluate not only their use situations but their own existences. Thus, in this youth as a power, in their encounters capable of forging molecular revolutions, in which the greatest virtue can be to supplant the devices of control and escape the logic imposed by contemporary capitalism, betting on the singularizations, but not only in them, in the collective, as vectors of ways of living.
