Resumo: In adolescence, there is an increased risk of adverse outcomes to sexual health. The importance of developing strategies aimed at preventing syphilis is emphasized. Therefore, mobile technologies are a way of providing support at the individual and collective level to users of health services. Objective:To develop a mobile app for adolescents on prevention and control of syphilis. Methods:Methodological study carried between August 2018 and July 2019. It was divided into three stages: literature review; elicitation of requirements with two nurses, the researcher and 10 school adolescents; and coding of the application using the MIT App Inventor platform®.Results: The application called "Sífilis? Tô fora!" was divided into two parts: the first similar to a booklet, where adolescents can access information about Syphilis; and the second a quiz game. Conclusion:The developed application presents itself as anew technology for mobile devices, contributing to access to information about syphilis for adolescents.

Ressalta-se a importância de se desenvolver estratégias que visam à prevenção da sífilis. Nesse sentido, as tecnologias móveis são um meio de fornecer suporte tanto individual quanto coletivo aos usuários de serviços de saúde.Objetivo:Desenvolver um aplicativo para dispositivos móveis para adolescentes sobre prevenção e controle da sífilis. Métodos:Estudo do tipo metodológico realizado entre agosto de 2018 e julho de 2019. Foi dividido em três etapas: revisão da literatura; elicitação de requisitos com dois enfermeiros, o pesquisador e 10 adolescentes escolares; codificação do aplicativo utilizando a plataforma MIT App Inventor®. Resultados:O aplicativo denominado “Sífilis? Tô fora!” foi dividido em duas partes: a primeira semelhante a uma cartilha, em que os adolescentes podem acessar informações sobre a sífilis e a segunda, um jogo do tipo quiz.
