Resumo: The Lei Salão Parceiro (Partner Salon Law) of n° 13.352/2016 is investigated, which regularized the partnership relationships of professionals who work in the area of beauty, with the main objective of formalizing hiring practices that have already existed in the sector for many years. Thus, with the fulfillment of all the prerogatives provided for in said legislation, the employment relationship between the parties will be removed. The aim is to analyze civil and labor aspects applicable to the legislation, with the aim of further deepening and understanding the theme. To this end, we used the deductive approach methodology with the use of bibliographical research in books, theses, dissertations, magazine articles, research carried out with professionals in the field, reports from professionals in the sector collected by videos published on You Tube, statistics from the DataSebrae website, in addition to investigating the main practical elements present in everyday relationships, in order to delimit present characteristics in partnership relationships that embody subordination or autonomy, essential elements for the recognition of the partnership relationship or employment relationship between the parties. Therefore, recent decisions of the Superior Labor Court were taken as a basis, found on the website of the aforementioned Court, more precisely in the Jurisprudence search tab, searching for the combination of two keywords, namely: Lei Salão-Partner; employment bond; absence of employment relationship; partnership relationship; autonomy; subordination. In addition, on the documents tab, the option all was used, in addition, filters were not used. Thus, decisions were found that recognized the employment relationship between the parties, as well as those that recognize the partnership relationship starting, it is stated that all started from the examination of practical factors triggering autonomy or subordination, such analysis highlighted the importance of applying the protective principles of the Labor Law. Keywords: Law; Hall; Partner; autonomy; subordination.Investiga-se a Lei Salão Parceiro de n° 13.352/2016, que regularizou as relações de parceria dos profissionais que atuam na área da beleza, com o principal objetivo de formalizar práticas de contratação já existentes no setor, há longos anos. Dessa maneira, com o cumprimento de todas as prerrogativas previstas na referida legislação, o vínculo de emprego entre as partes ficará afastado. Perquire-se, analisar aspectos civis e trabalhistas aplicáveis à legislação, com o objetivo de realizar um maior aprofundamento e compreensão da temática, para tal fim utilizou-se da metodologia de abordagem dedutiva com a utilização de pesquisa bibliográfica em livros, teses, dissertações, artigos de revistas, pesquisas realizadas com profissionais da área, relatos de profissionais do setor colhidos por vídeos divulgados no You Tube, estatísticas do site DataSebrae, ademais investiga-se os principais elementos práticos presentes no cotidiano das relações, a fim de se delimitar características presente nas relações de parceria que consubstanciam subordinação ou autonomia, elementos essenciais para o reconhecimento da relação de parceria ou do vínculo de emprego entre as partes. Para tanto, tomou-se por base decisões recentes do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho, encontradas pelo site do mencionado Tribunal, mais precisamente na aba pesquisa de Jurisprudência, buscando-se pela combinação de duas palavras-chaves quais sejam: Lei Salão-Parceiro; vínculo de emprego; ausência de vínculo de emprego; relação de parceria; autonomia; subordinação. Além disso, na aba documentos utilizou-se a opção todos, ademais, não utilizou-se filtros.
