USINN Cards: uma abordagem de apoio à modelagem de usabilidade com a notação USINN.

Usability is a quality attribute and is related to the ease of use of a given system by a user. Integrating usability into software development has many benefits for both the user and the development team. One way to integrate usability into software development might be to use usability-oriented models such as USINN (USability-oriented INteraction and Navigation model). USINN is used to model interactive system interaction and navigation, focusing on usability. Some studies present the need for support for the elaboration of USINN models, helping in the representation of usability in diagrams. Thus, this paper presents a supportive approach to USINN diagram modeling, called USINN Cards. USINN Cards are a set of cards that can be used during the construction of USINN diagrams, assisting in the representation of usability mechanisms appropriate to the model. For the elaboration of the letters the methodology of Design Science was used where, firstly a research was carried out with the objective to investigate the problem and to know the USINN model. In the next step the charts were prepared and lastly studies were performed to verify the viability of the charts and identify improvements in them. The results of the studies indicated that the charts were attractive, easy to use and helped in the elaboration of the models. In addition, the study participants indicated recommendations for the elaboration of a digital version of the letters and integration with the tool used to create the USINN model.
