O relacionamento terapêutico no cuidado a uma portadora de transtorno afetivo bipolar : uma experiência transformadora

Resumo: The consolidation of the conjectures of the Psychiatric Reformation has continuously changed assistance and teaching of mental health. The purpose of the study is to refer to an academic experience of psychiatric nursing assistants, intermediated by the process of Therapeutical Relationship commended by Stefanelli to a customer with Bipolar Affective Disorders (BAD) during a ten day meeting in a one Hospital-Day in Fortaleza. The method used for data collection was the participant observation, field experiment and the nursing reporting. After facing the case reported, it was observed that the BAD is a multifactorial character psychopathology, so that it is required from the nurse an integrated vision concerning care implementation.. By this perspective the Therapeutical Relationship was a method used to promote a brief but transforming and stimulating bond of thoughts, attitudes and reflections in the customer. The experience was quite important, still in the modification of personal paradigms concerning psychiatric assistance as well and in the understanding of the human being sanity ephemerality.

Teve-se por objetivo relatar, durante dez encontros em um Hospital-Dia de Fortaleza, uma experiência acadêmica de assistência de enfermagem psiquiátrica, intermediada pelo processo de Relacionamento Terapêutico preconizado por Stefanelli, em uma cliente acometida por Transtorno Afetivo Bipolar (TAB). O instrumento adotado na coleta de dados foi a observação participante, o diário de campo e o histórico de enfermagem. Observou-se, diante do caso relatado, que o TAB é uma psicopatologia de cunho multifatorial, dessa forma, exigindo do enfermeiro uma visão integrada na implementação de cuidados. Nessa perspectiva, o Relacionamento Terapêutico foi um método de promoveu um vínculo breve, mas transformador e suscitador de pensamentos, atitudes e reflexões na cliente. A experiência foi importante, ainda, na modificação de paradigmas pessoais, quanto à assistência psiquiátrica, e na compreensão da efemeridade da sanidade humana.La condensación de las conjeturas de la Reforma Psiquiátrica está – continuamente – transformando la asistencia y enseñanza de la salud mental. El estudio objetiva relatar, durante diez encuentros en un Hospital Día de Fortaleza, una experiencia académica de asistencia de enfermería psiquiátrica, intermediada por el proceso de Relacionamiento Terapéutico preconizado por Stefanelli, en una cliente acometida por Trastorno Afectivo Bipolar (TAB). El instrumento adoptado en la recolección de datos fue la observación participativa, el diario de campo y el histórico de enfermería. Se observó, ante el caso relatado, que el TAB es una sicopatología multifactorial, de carácter multifactorial, exigiendo así del enfermero una visión integrada en la implementación de los cuidados. Dentro de esta perspectiva, la Relación Terapéutica fue el método que promovió un vínculo breve, pero transformador de pensamientos, actitudes y reflexiones en la cliente.
