Resumo: This study had as objective to investigate the reactions felt and noticed by a patient submitted to an emergency heart surgery, whose time space between the diagnosis and the surgery accomplishment was insufficient for the preoperative routine preparation. The data were collected through an interview accomplished with the patient 30 days after his/her hospital leaving, at home. The analysis let us to contemplate on some aspects that need to be reviewed due to the caring process; the feelings respect , the privacy, the basic needs attention, comfort and safety ware the most mentioned. In what is concerned to the domicile visit after the hospital leaving, it is recommended: to keep visiting , whenever it is possible, the patient that you took care.

Os dados foram levantados mediante entrevista realizada com a paciente 30 dias após a alta hospitalar, no domicílio. A análise nos conduz a refletir sobre alguns aspectos que precisam ser revistos no processo de cuidar, o respeito aos sentimentos, a privacidade, a atenção às necessidades básicas, conforto e segurança foram os mais citados. No que concerne à visita domiciliar após alta hospitalar, recomenda-se: visite, sempre que for possível, ao paciente que você cuidou.Esto estudio tiene como el objetivo investigar las reacciones de fieltro y notó de un paciente sometido que la cirugía del corazón de emergencia cuyo yo espacio temporal entre el diagnóstico y logro de la cirugía era insuficiente porque yo lo preparo de la rutina del pré-operatorio. Los datos se alzaron a por medio de la observación participante para los autores en el trans y postoperatorio inmediato en la Unidad de Terapia Intensiva y vislumbres lograda con los 30 días pacientes después del hospital alto en la casa. Los análisis resultantes de la observación y de la entrevista nos maneja contemplar en algunos aspectos que necesitan ser repasado en el proceso de tener el cuidado. El respeto a los sentimientos, el retiro, atención las necesidades básicas, yo conforto y la seguridad era el más mencionado.
