Biodança, saúde e qualidade de vida: uma perspectiva integral do organismo

We present to the reader, a reflection about the search for the well-being and quality of life in the society contemporary, that is marked and full of anxiety and stress. We have seen a predominant sense of competitiveness and a extreme value for the image and consumption, letting aside the importance of the feelings, the emotions and the instincts. In this context, we show the necessities for actions that will give a reformulation of the habits, the acceptance of new values and that these actions, stimulate healthy organic procedures. We can point as a highlight, the Biodance System with it´s invitation towards new paradigms of existence, that are reasoned in the biocentric principle. This vision is raised upon a sacred sentiment of life and the universe, as a whole that unite with a perspective of integral health. We bring some common points between this concept of health, with it´s organic, social, spiritual, environmental and sensory aspects; and the own Biodance System, as an alternative to health promotion, avoid and heal diseases.
