Variação espacial e temporal da qualidade da água no aquífero Missão Velha

A set of 13 parameters determined in 30 samples of groundwaters stored in the aquifer Missão Velha, obtained of two collections, one in the end of the dry period and another in the end of the rainy period was interpreted graphically through the Diagram of Piper. This graphic representation allowed to identify temporary variation in the interval of 06 months and space variation characterized by the collection in two different areas, one in the township of Barbalha and another in Missão Velha. The analyzed parameters were the cations Ca+2, Mg+2, Na+ and K+, the anions Cl-, SO4-2 and HCO3-, the nitrogen compounds NH4+, NO2- and NO3- and the physical-chemical ones, pH and electric conductivity. The results show temporary and space variation; the medium values of the electric conductivity in Barbalha (324,4 and 429,8 S/cm) and in Missão Velha (319,9 and 366,9 S/cm) they were higher in the second it collects than in the first and higher in Barbalha than in Missão Velha. In Barbalha Ca+2 > Na+ > Mg+2 > K+ and in Missão Velha Na+ > Ca+2 > Mg+2 > K+ in the two collections. Waters of the type bicarbonatada prevail with relationship to the anions and mixed with relationship to the cations in the two areas and in the two collections.
