Resumo: | The genre Anthurium, belonging to the family Aracnae is originary from the South and Central America. The most important species on a commercial level is the Anthurium andraeanum Linden. Currently your propagation is by an indirect organogenesis mean, which allows obtaining plants having somaclonal variation. That phenomenal is unwanted for the commercial production. This work has with objective a study for the multiplication tax in vitro from two cultivars of A. andraeanum (Eidibel e Astral) by a direct orgoanogenesis mean, that is to say, from development of axillary buds present in the nodal, for a multiplication protocol development for that cultivars. They were used as explants, nodal segments with two nodes each, derived from plants grown in vitro. We evaluated the number of regenerated seedlings per explant, presence of root and the presence of callus. The experimental design was completely randomized composed of seven treatments: T1: Pierik 2 (P2) with any grow up regulator addiction; T2: P2 + 0,25 mg L-1 of BAP to 6- benzilaminopurina (BAP); T3: P2 + 0,50 mg L-1 of BAP; T4: P2 + 0,75 mg L-1 of BAP; T5: P2 + 1,00 mg L-1 of BAP; T6: P2 + 1,25 mg L-1 of BAP and T7: P2 + 1,50 mg L-1 of BAP with five replicates of eight test tubes, each containing an explant. In general for cvs. Eidibel Astral and there was an increase in the number of shoots regenerated per explant, raising the percentage of callus and reducing the presence of root. The 1,00 mg L-1 of BAP concentration It proved to be ideal for the production of anthurium Eidibel and cv. Astral the ideal concentration of BAP added to the culture medium is 0.50 mg L-1, therefore, showed higher mean number of regenerated shoots per explant and lower percentage of callus. |

Bertini, Cândida Hermínia Campos de MagalhãesCarvalho, Ana Cristina Portugal Pinto deRocha, Roberta Rodrigues2018-10-26T13:52:43Z2018-10-26T13:52:43Z2016info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisapplication/pdfROCHA, Roberta Rodrigues.
