As modalidades deôntica e volitiva e a implicatura de futuridade em tebeos de língua espanhola

The objective of this work is to describe and analyze the implicature of futurity through the deontic and volitive modalities in Spanish language comics based on the modalities proposed by Hengeveld (2004). For composing the corpus, we selected, in order to illustrate the use of the deontic and volitive market modals in the Spanish language, some Mafalda and Gaturro comic’s (characters related to the Hispanic world). After analyzing the deontic and volitive market modals in the comics, we found that the deontic and volitive modalities express the implicature of futurity from events after the moment of enunciation and on which the modal values of desire, intention and obligation affect. In this sense, the notion of futurity is imbricated from the speaker's point of view with regard to his understanding of what is or is not a rule and social convention of compulsory conduct, whether or not controlled, which attenuates or asserts deonticity and volatility expressed. In this way, the deontic and volitional market modals, used in the expression of futurity, correspond to a semantic-pragmatic orientation that is related to the codification of the speaker's contents and intentions, based on his knowledge of the rules of conduct and/or what he appreciates as being desirable for themselves and/or for others.
