The present study reports the development of a chapter of the Webcomic “Broken String”, in order to encourage new productions of digital comics and to analyze whether it is possible to represent the emotions of a person with Social Phobia in a Webcomic. In order to assist in the production of this work, research was carried out on the history and characteristics of Comics, Mangas and Webcomics, in addition to the search for causes and symptoms of Social Phobia, as well for other works in different media that address this theme. With this theoretical basis, an argument was produced with a story of a student with Social Anxiety. After that, a descriptive sheet was developed for the main characters of the work, with their psychological and physical characteristics, which would serve as a basis for the visual concepts of these characters. Using the previous processes as the first step, a complete panel with the entire Webcomic in draft format was produced. Finally, the draft was adapted into four finalized art panels and converted into an HTML and CSS file created as a Webcomic preview.
