Resumo: The present work has the objective of analyzing the potential of floating photovoltaic (PV) plants in water on the surface of reservoirs in the state of Ceará (CE). Initially, it is sought to establish qualitative criteria for the evaluation and selection of the most favorable dams to receive this technology, in order to establish a scenario of electric generation. It is worth mentioning that for the selection of water bodies with more favorable conditions, a method of multicriteria analysis and analytical hierarchy was used, pondering network accessibility parameters, based on a georeferenced .kml (Google Earth) file from ENEL, containing data of the electrical infrastructure in operation of the CE and the area available for floating PV installation with data from the quota-area-volume curve of each reservoir. In addition, considering the ten most favorable dams according to the criteria studied (Castanhão, Araras, Orós, Pacajús, Banabuiú, Pacoti, Caxitoré, Gangorra, Pentecoste, Gavião), scenarios of floating PV generation were designed for each reservoir with the support of PVsyst software. Therefore, this tool allowed a detailed study of energy production, considering the general losses and losses of the AC circuit (due to the distance between the generation and the nearest electrical infrastructure), providing important variables for the calculation of parameters that performance of the proposed plants. In the final analysis, the merit indices for each project were calculated and results were obtained, in PV floating conditions, 7 reservoirs presented a annual productivity above 1580 kWh / kWp / year (annual average for the Northeast region). In addition, in 8 reservoirs presented capacity factor between 18% and 20% and in the same dams the potential ratio was above 75% (system considered optimal). In addition, the proposed plants, in the pre-defined generation scenario, had the potential to generate 1117 GWh and meet 10% of the state's demand in 2017, which was 11424 GWh.

Inicialmente, busca-se estabelecer critérios qualitativos para a avaliação e seleção dos açudes mais propícios à recepção dessa tecnologia, com o intuito de estabelecer um cenário de geração elétrica. Vale salientar que para a escolha dos corpos d’água com condições mais adequadas, utilizou-se um método de análise multicritério e hierarquização analítica, ponderando parâmetros de acessibilidade à rede, embasados em um arquivo .kml (Google Earth) georreferenciado proveniente da ENEL, contendo dados da infraestrutura elétrica em funcionamento do CE e de área disponível para instalação FV flutuante com dados provenientes da curva cota-área-volume de cada reservatório. Ademais, tendo em vista os dez açudes mais favoráveis de acordo com os critérios estudados (Castanhão, Araras, Orós, Pacajús, Banabuiú, Pacoti, Caxitoré, Gangorra, Pentecoste, Gavião), projetou-se cenários de geração FV flutuante para cada barragem com o auxílio do software PVsyst. Diante disso, essa ferramenta permitiu o estudo detalhado de produção energética e de perdas denominadas gerais e perdas do circuito AC (devido à distância entre a geração e a infraestrutura elétrica em funcionamento mais próxima), fornecendo variáveis importantes para a efetuação dos cálculos de parâmetros que possam qualificar o desempenho da planta em questão. Em última análise, calcularam-se os índices de mérito para cada projeto e foram constatados resultados, em condições flutuantes, de produtividade anual acima de 1580 KWh/KWp/ano (média anual para a região Nordeste), para 7 reservatórios. Além disso, em 8 açudes exibiram fatores de capacidade entre 18% e 20% e quociente de desempenho acima de 75% (sistema considerado ótimo) nos mesmos 8 reservatórios.
