The Ceará state, with its rich seacoast in natural beauties, receives millions of tourists every year. Is through Fortaleza that the vast majority of tourists arrive, as it is also where they remain for hosting. In this city, most of hotel businesses are located in the Beira Mar Avenue region, and they are formed by traditional vertical buildings which define the capital's skyline, together with the lack of space that affects Fortaleza for decades. This work's purpose is to launch a different hotel business in Fortaleza. A hotel where the tourist can relax in contact with the nature, avoiding the need to walk miles to know the beaches of neighboring cities. The hardest task is to find a place with a landscape potential because this city continues losing its green space. The best place to implant this resort hotel is in the Sabiaguaba region, a neighborhood that belongs to a Protection Area and is located between the mouth of two rivers. There is rich in biodiversity, without any lack of landscape requisites that give singularity to the imagined business. Fortaleza needs this kind of hotel. Every year, a new resort is working on the beaches of neighboring counties. The investors prefer Porto das Dunas beach, in Aquiraz, and Cumbuco beach, in Caucaia. Probably the reasons are the proximity and the easy access existing on the way to the beaches and to the capital. A resort in Fortaleza would be a differential in the hotel market of Ceará and a right investment to the businessmen who work in this area, too.
