On the industrial sector, there is an increasingly search for greater optimization of procedures by improving the quality of the products developed and by boosting production results. Based on the parameters and due to the unsatisfactory results of the beginning of 2019, a further study of the efficiency of the industrial conveyors in the filling sector was suggested, do not implement standardization and management tools for the inspection, lubrication and cleaning activities of the conveyors. Therefore, they were used as PDCA and 5 PQ’S control tools and other quality tools, since these are references for problem solving, and their application in other projects carried out in the company proved to be quite effective. It was agreed that the study would be divided into two phases, the first from April to August, and the other from September to December of the year 2019. Initially, the performance data of the stretches and the 05 lines in 2018 were studied, and information about the practices and opportunities that can be developed, to select and prioritize the actions to be performed. In the second cycle, data from the first semester of the year were used, and the same strategy used in the first was repeated, with the addition of failure rate analysis of lubricating oils. As a result, obtaining the creation and standardization of spreadsheets and tools for controlling activities, a greater dissemination of knowledge regarding maintenance activities, due to the technical forces in carrying out the training, and the goal of performance of industrial transporters has been achieved. , proving the effectiveness of the methods and tools used.
