Ensinando com animação: construção de materiais autorais digitais educacionais para a aprendizagem de fisiologia humana

The objective of this paper is to describe the learning process of high school students in a public school when they develop Educational Digital Author Materials (MADEs) from the construction of posts on Instagram relating Human Physiology content to animations linked to Pop Culture. This research occurred because the traditional approaches to teaching these contents only favor their memorization, contributing little to the systematic understanding of these physiological processes. The research was characterized as exploratory, based on data provided during the months of May to July 2021 by 3 students of the 1st year of high school from the class of the professional course in Buildings at the Presidente Roosevelt State School of Professional Education, in Fortaleza – CE. The research was carried out in 3 stages: planning, collecting and analyzing data. The planning ocurred during the month of May 2021 through a bibliographic survey, the structuring of forms and spaces for the construction and publication of the MADEs by the students. The data collecting was carried out through 3 online forms for evaluating the learning of the Human Physiology contents at the beginning, during and at the end of the project. Data analysis was performed in an interpretive way with emphasis on two focuses: difficulties presented by the students regarding the research contents and overcoming these difficulties throughout the project. The work demonstrated an improvement in the students' learning in relation to the beginning of the research, in which the students became able to understand the functioning of the Human Physiology Systems in a systematic and integrated way. The use of animations and the construction of MADEs provided, respectively, the scientific problematization of the Pop Culture entertainment contents and the construction of new languages (written and visual) by the students. The study intends to add to a database which helps in the adoption of new educational practices by teachers, in view of the presentation at the XV Meeting of Teaching Practices, VIII Institutional Seminar on Teaching Initiation and II Institutional Seminar on Pedagogical Residency and the body pedagogical school.
