This article uses descriptive and tabular analysis of data obtained from direct research that used a questionnaire to gather qualitative information from 83 out of 190 fruit growers in the two municipals. It analyzes innovative processes in the local productive arrangement of irrigated horticulture located in the municipals of Limoeiro do Norte and Russas, in the state of Ceara It was found that there is an agglomeration of producers located in the same region, in which there is a great diversity of actions and agents involved in the activity, developing innovative processes and collective learning transmitted by tacit knowledge and shared experiences of cooperation among producers and institutions, which favors the growing and development of irrigated horticulture of the mini region.
