Resumo: | The Polish Jew writer Samuel Rawet had a declared affection about the popular classes. Naturalized Brazilian to seven years of age, he has several tales in that chooses the the matter some aspects of the (homo) sexuality. This feature of his short stories had become one of the most important of his methods in the collection called Os Sete Sonhos, 1969, what it tooks Caio Fernando Abreu to classify the book of much focused on homosexual themes. In this bias, the study aims to present one of the tales in the assertion which can be demonstrated. Esse dado de sua contística passou a ser um dos seus métodos de trabalho já na coletânea Os sete sonhos, 1969, o que levou Caio Fernando Abreu a classificar a obra como muito focada na temática homossexual. Nesse viés, o trabalho se propõe a apresentar um dos contos em que a assertiva possa ser demonstrada. O objeto textual que integra a última coletânea do escritor, Que os mortos enterrem os seus mortos, 1981, intitulado “Nem mesmo um anjo é entrevisto no terror”, apresenta a figura do homossexual livre de amarras maniqueístas ou mesmo clichês fáceis. A orientação sexual não serve, aqui, como mote de demonização ou, muito menos, redenção daquele que, tendo uma existência amargurada, sofre como qualquer outro sujeito. Ancorados em estudiosos da Teoria do Conto, a análise ocorre no plano temático, ao mesmo tempo que formal.
