Resumo: | This work carries through a exploratory analysis of the risk differentials and return enters twenty careers of superior level. As main source of data, it is used Sample of the Demographic Census of the IBGE of 2000. First, the influences of individual characteristics are analyzed on the differentials of wages for each career. The differential of wages between different demographic groups is explored using mincerianas regressions of wages. At as a moment, criteria that consider both the risk and the return are used to compare the distributions of wages. Tests of first random dominÃncia of and second order are applied to establish one ranking between the professions. The existence of a great heterogeneidade was evidenced enters the different careers with respect to the characteristics of the individuals in each one of them and the existence of a great differential of wages for sex, color/race and region. One also evidenced that the wages of some careers go up more quickly with the experience and arrive at the balance fastest of what in others. The career of Medicine dominates all randomly excessively, while Pedagogy fully is dominated. The joined results suggest that, so that directed politics of superior education for the reduction of the inaqualities are effective, it must be considered the partner-demographic composition and the profiles of returns of the different careers. |
