Resumo: The aim of this study was to evaluate the frequency of quiescent fungi and the effect of phosphites under modified atmosphere on Lasiodiplodia theobromae in papaya. The fruits were treated with a range of doses of phosphites and their actions evaluated under conditions of ambient and modified atmosphere. Of the eight fungal genera found, Lasiodiplodia was the most common. No interaction was observed between the evaluated factors and only atmosphere and dose were independently significant. The usage of phosphites and modified atmosphere reduced the severity of the disease, and did not affect the chemical properties of the fruits.

Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido2017-03-21info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.ufersa.edu.br/caatinga/article/view/442510.1590/1983-21252017v30n327rcREVISTA CAATINGA; Vol. 30 No. 3 (2017); 786-793Revista Caatinga; v. 30 n. 3 (2017); 786-7931983-21250100-316Xreponame:Revista Caatingainstname:Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido (UFERSA)instacron:UFERSAenghttps://periodicos.ufersa.edu.br/caatinga/article/view/4425/pdfAmaral, Daniela DambrosMonteiro, Ana Leticia RochaSilva, Elias Inácio daLins, Severina Rodrigues de OliveiraOliveira, Sonia Maria Alves deinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2023-07-20T11:21:08Zoai:ojs.periodicos.ufersa.edu.br:article/4425Revistahttps://periodicos.ufersa.edu.br/index.php/caatinga/indexPUBhttps://periodicos.ufersa.edu.br/index.php/caatinga/oaipatricio@ufersa.edu.br|| caatinga@ufersa.edu.br1983-21250100-316Xopendoar:2024-04-29T09:46:15.672092Revista Caatinga - Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido (UFERSA)true
