Construction is responsible for much of the degradation of nature, given that this sector is generating large amounts of waste from the works, among them timber, steel, concrete and materials from the demolition of buildings that are most often dumped inadequately to the environment. In this way, the objective is to analyze the feasibility of reusing solid waste from civil construction, offering a new destination and contributing to the preservation of the environment. The execution of the prospota of this work to reutilize wood to produce other products was through bibliographical research and analysis of waste production in the work of the author's stage, which is the construction of a residential building. To promote the management of these wastes, it is necessary to reduce, reuse, recycle, recover and reintegrate these materials through responsible planning and practices through the adoption of measures that provide savings and sustainability. Therefore, the reincorporation of such material will offer a new destination, contributing to the environment, as well as increasing the life cycle of the material, in which the final product can adapt to various environments, versatile and affordable and if produced in large scale can be a source of income, due to be endowed with economic value.
