Aplicación y sistematización del control estadístico de proceso (cep) en una línea de empaque de frutas

Resumo: | Agriculture is one of the most important segments in the world economy, responsible for leveraging the GDP of many countries such as China, Brazil, India and the United States. With such great representation, the development and application of improvement tools in this segment becomes highly relevant. In this sense, this article aims to present the application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) integrated with the concept of Industry 4.0 to reduce process losses in a packaging line of a fruit growing company. Of the tools that make up the CEP, the capacity analysis and the I-MR control chart were integrated into a digital and online system in order to analyze the suitability of the process with the customer's expectations. The results of the application of the system were the reduction in the loss of packages with weight outside the specification standards, having a reduction of the average of the packaged weight in 8.10%, and deviation from the average of the process to the target of only 0.17% . The process has also become more robust, with a standard deviation reduction of 68.33%. Thus, it is possible to conclude the efficiency of the application of the CEP with a digital system to obtain better results in agricultural processes. |

Com tal grande representatividade, o desenvolvimento e aplicação de ferramentas de melhoria nesse seguimento se torna altamente relevante. Neste sentido, o presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a aplicação do Controle Estatístico do Processos (CEP) integrado com o conceito de Industria 4.0 para reduzir perdas de processo em uma linha de embalagem de uma empresa de fruticultura. Das ferramentas que compõe o CEP foram utilizadas a análise de capacidade e o gráfico de controle I-MR integradas em um sistema digital e online a fim de analisar a adequação do processo com as expectativas do cliente. Os resultados da aplicação do sistema foi a redução na perda por embalagens com peso fora dos padrões de especificação, tendo uma redução da média do peso embalado em 8,10%, e desvio da média do processo para o alvo de apenas 0,17%. O processo também se tornou mais robusto, com uma redução do desvio padrão em 68,33%. Assim é possível concluir a eficiência da aplicação do CEP com um sistema digital para obtenção melhores resultados nos processos agrícolas.La agricultura es uno de los segmentos más importantes de la economía mundial, responsable de apalancar el PIB de muchos países como China, Brasil, India y Estados Unidos. Con tan gran representatividad, el desarrollo y aplicación de herramientas de mejora en este segmento cobra gran relevancia. En este sentido, este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar la aplicación del Control Estadístico de Procesos (SPC) integrado con el concepto de Industria 4.0 para reducir las pérdidas de proceso en una línea de envasado de una empresa frutícola. De las herramientas que componen el CEP, se integró a un sistema digital y en línea el análisis de capacidad y el cuadro de control I-MR para analizar la adecuación del proceso con las expectativas del cliente. Los resultados de la aplicación del sistema fueron la reducción de la pérdida de paquetes con peso fuera de los estándares de especificación, teniendo una reducción del promedio del peso del paquete en 8.10%, y desviación del promedio del proceso a la meta de solo 0.17% . El proceso también se ha vuelto más robusto, con una reducción de la desviación estándar del 68,33 %. Así, es posible concluir la eficiencia de la aplicación del CEP con un sistema digital para obtener mejores resultados en los procesos agrícolas.
