This study analyzed how employees perceive aspects related to their working conditions. Therefore, we sought to identify conceptions related to what work provides for each individual and perceptions about working conditions for these subjects. This is a qualitative research carried out through semi-structured interviews with sixteen workers from three different categories: public servants, industrial workers and app drivers. The results point to significant differences in the perception of working conditions for the three groups analyzed, where poor physical structure, scarcity of resources, public safety problems in the city and lack of company support and infrastructure were some of the main elements highlighted by the participants.
