Nos limiares do fora : experiência e narratividade em políticas de saúde e educação

This thesis is the result of a research-talk that investigates the health production in the scope of work in education, through the follow-up of the Workers' Health Commissions - Cosates, from Serra / Espírito Santo State, from 2014 to 2017. Such commissions were constituted as a device of the Forum Cosate, the result of an intense movement among several municipal agencies, education workers and researchers of the Training and Research Program in Health and Work - PFIST, Federal University of Espírito Santo - UFES. To this end, the thesis is structured into three main sections, namely: A conversation storytelling: which includes two proses and the dissolution of the centrality of the narratives together with the presentation of two characters: a “clumsy researcher” and a” slow worker”. Besides the prose, there are the clues that present the arguments supported by the thesis: Clue I. The use of the essay and the form / content adopted show a practiced language, sustained by the idea that thinking, acting, writing and living are ways that do not dissociate – an ethical prerogative of the research. A work, therefore, has incalculabe political dimensions and ethics a priori, because constituting itself in an invented work, does not come down to the plan of a prescribed one, thus, as it just explodes the continuum of the experience, putting at stake a real that comes in an impresumable way and in a moving work; Clue II. The affirmation of experience as an “Out” - there is no prior given, experience is not something that belongs to someone - whether you have it or not - but something that crosses us and which we use or put to work, not for an expertise, but much more because it is something that involves us in a transformative way in the connection to the relational field and then, bearing, transmissibility and not a total effectuation. This is articulated to the writing policy itself, which is a "writing -experience" or an "experience-writing". The second section comprises the composites of the field: scenes from the empirical field that give substance to the thesis, undertake a policy of narration that takes place in the exercise of assembly and that exposes the method of composition in the movement of mapping some intervention-passages of the research. The third and last part contains two essays: "Things have no peace" and "The moving and the stunned" which expose some of the questions raised in the field's accompaniment, linking them to the articulations with the question of narrativity and experience, from the presentation of oral and written fragments, recorded by the research, in an exercise of distance and approximation and co -construction of questions.
