Resumo: Streams and rivers are the main channel of natural and anthropogenic matter flows along the catchment. The different uses and coverages of land, climatic conditions and characteristics of the catchment are factors that control the hydrossedimentological and nutrient flows. Therefore, this work aimed to evaluate the hydrossedimentological and nutrient fluxes along the longitudinal profile of the Duas Bocas river, Cariacica - ES. To that end, suspended solids or sediments, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, pH, total dissolved solids, dissolved oxygen, electrical conductivity, turbidity, water temperature and water discharge were used as parameters. The monitoring of these parameters occurred in 04 sampling stations distributed along the main channel of the Duas Bocas river from August 2016 to August 2017. Rainfall monitoring was carried out from a climatic station located at 740 m altitude inside the Biological Reserve of Duas Bocas. The Kruskal Wallis statistical test was used to analyze the occurrence of differences between samples and sampling stations. For correlations between parameters the Spearman coefficient was used. The monthly rainfall recorded was below the normal precipitation, collaborating to interrupt the flow in stations DB03 and DB04 in the months of lower rainfall. The largest flow rates were recorded at station DB01. The concentrations of suspended solids, total nitrogen and total phosphorus were lower in DB01, Atlantic Forest area, and increased gradually to each downstream season. The decrease of the dissolved oxygen indicates the contribution of organic matter, something corroborated by the positive correlation between the total solids and electrical conductivity, emphasizing the increase of dissolved ions in the water coming from effluent releases.
