Moralidade e adolescência: regras, projetos de vida e dependência química

Resumo: Adolescence is considered a stage of life characterized by vulnerabilities and opportunities for development. This study dealt with this phase aiming to investigate conceptions and judgments of the participants, related to rules, projects of life and chemical dependence to discover factors connected with them to suggest challenges and opportunities for the healthy development of teenagers. Five dyads took part. They were composed by a young/teenager user of psychoactive substances, a participant in CAPS/ad (Psycho-Social Attention Center/addicted) activities, and his brother, not addicted, with up to five years age difference. Each participant was submitted to an individual interview to investigate his/her conceptions and awareness, in three phases: the first aimed to know him/her about rules present in the familiar and friendship context presented by the participants. The second had the objective to know their projects of life and the third, to understand their problems originated from their chemical dependence. The data were analyzed descriptively indicating the responses incidence. They were organized into categories, grouped into thematic blocks when it contributed to the analysis. The results regarding to the first theme show differences among the contexts, as the strong presence of “micro-systemic” authority within the familiar context, for the users, as developers of control rules, whereas for nonusers these rules would result in a mutual agreement on behalf of the coexistence marked by reciprocal relations. Non users highlight their perception of more flexible rules and lack of regulatory authority in the friendship, which leads to greater freedom in such a context, to express themselves and their desires. The results indicate that drug addicts are in a more heteronomous level of consciousness of the rules than their nonusers brothers. The results for the second theme showed that the life projects of the users are egocentered, while some of the nonusers reported projects based on Ethic principles. The users felt difficult to develop efficient strategies to achieve their projects, revealing themselves as dependent on factors over which they have no control, which proves heteronomy. The results of the third theme, show that nonusers mention the users clearly, identifying them as chemically dependent, while users revealed ambivalence about the self-conception as chemically dependent, identifying external factors as responsible for their condition, dodging their responsibility, with loss for the prognosis. Considering the relationship among the three topics, it is possible to say that drug users showed less autonomy and do not use intentional self-regulation with sustainable direction, establishing their projects of life and seeking strategies to achieve them. This makes them vulnerable and promotes increased expression of undesirable behaviors. The necessity of stimulation of teenager practices to foster the development of autonomy, the assumption of responsibilities and choices associated to opportunities for healthy development are evidenced by the obtained data.

Dans cette étude il s’agit de étudier cette phase objectivant investiguer conceptions et jugements des participants, environ de règles, des projects de vie et depandance chimique, pour rencontrer des facteurs relacionésà eux qui peuvent suggerer des défiances et opportunités pour le dévelopment sain des adolescents. Les participants de l’étude étaint cinq dyads, composées d’un jeune utilisateur de substances psychoatives, participant des activités du CAPS/ad (Centre d’Attention Psychosociale/ addictés) et un frère non-vicié avec une différence d’âge jusqu’à cinq années. Chaque participant s’est soumis à un entrétien individual pour investiguer des conceptions et jugements, et trois thèmes ont été dégagés. Le premier théme visait connaître le jeune adolescent en respect des règles presentes dans l’environement familiaire et des amis presentés par les participants. L’objectif du deuxième thème était décrouvir leurs propositions de vie et comment ils prétendaient de les réaliser. Le trosiéme théme visait leur perception sur la problématique de la dépendance chimique. Les données ont été analysées descriptivement, indiquant d’incidence des réponses. Ils ont été organizées par catégories et groupés en bloques thématiques si ce fait une propre contribuition par l’analyse. Les resultés relatives au premier thème montrent la différence entre les contextes, comme la présence marquant de l’autorité microsystémique dans le contexte familier, vue par les utilisateurs comme une mise en forme de règles de surveillance, alors que pour les non-utilisateurs cettes régles sont le résultat d’un accord mutuel en faveur de la co-existence, marquée par ses relations réciproques. Les non-utilizateurs mettent en évidence leur perception de régles plus flexibles et l’absence de l’autorité régulateuse dans l’amitié, ce qui mène, dans ce contexte, pour les auto-expression e de leurs souhaites. Les résultats indiquent que les usuaires sont en nivel plus héteronomiques de conscience des règles, que ses frères non utilisateurs. Les résultats réfferent au deuxiéme théme montrent que les propositions de vie des utilisateurs sont égocentriques, pendent quelques non-utilisateurs ont reportés que leurs propositions de vie sont basés sur des principes éthiques. Les utilisateurs ont montré avoir des difficultés pour déveloper des stratégies efficaces pour atteindre leurs propositions, révelant leur dépendences de facteurs hors de leur surveillance, ce que évidencie l’hétéronomie. Les résultants du troiséme théme montrent que les non-utilisateurs se réfèrent aux utilisateurs en les identifiant clairement comme dépendants chimiques, tandis que les viciés ont révélé ambivalence sur la conception d’eux-mêmes, comme dépendents, identifiant des facteurs externes comme responsables pour leur condition en s’esquivant de leurs propres responsabilités, ce que prejudique le prognostique. Misant en considération l’articulation entre les trois thémes est possible de dire que les toxicomanes ont montré moins d’autonomie et qu’ils ne utilisent pas l’auto-regulation intentionalle comme directive sustentable pour établir ses propres propositions de vie et chercher des stratégies pour les atteindre. Ces ci les rendrent vulnérables et favorise l’augment des comportements indésirables. La necessité d’estimulation pour les pratiques des adolescents, qui favorisent le développement de l’autonomie, le prendre des responsabilités et les choix associés aux opportunités d’un développement sain sont mise en évidence par les donées obtenues.A adolescência é considerada a fase da vida caracterizada por vulnerabilidades e oportunidades de desenvolvimento. O presente estudo objetivou estudar essa fase buscando investigar concepções e juízos dos participantes, a respeito de regras, projetos de vida e dependência química, a fim de encontrar fatores com eles relacionados que pudessem sugerir desafios e oportunidades para o desenvolvimento saudável de adolescentes. Participaram cinco díades compostas por um jovem adolescente usuário de substâncias psicoativas, participante de atividades de um CAPS/ad, e por um irmão dele, não usuário, com diferença de idade de até 5 anos. Cada participante se submeteu a entrevista individual para investigar concepções e juízos, em três fases: a primeira objetivou conhecê-los a respeito de regras presentes no contexto familiar e de amizades apresentadas pelos participantes; a segunda, a respeito de seus projetos de vida e a terceira, sobre a problemática da dependência química. Os dados foram analisados descritivamente com indicação da incidência de respostas. Foram organizados em categorias, por sua vez agrupados em blocos temáticos quando isso contribuísse com a análise. Os resultados relativos ao primeiro tema mostram diferenças entre os contextos, como a presença marcante da autoridade microssistêmica no contexto familiar, para os usuários, como formuladora de regras de controle, enquanto para os não usuários essas regras resultariam de acordo mútuo a favor da convivência marcada por relações recíprocas. Os não usuários destacam sua percepção de regras mais flexíveis e ausência de autoridade reguladora na amizade, o que leva a maior liberdade, em tal contexto, para expressão de si e de suas vontades. Os resultados indicam que os usuários de drogas estejam em nível mais heterônomo de consciência das regras que seus irmãos não usuários. Resultados referentes ao segundo tema mostraram que os projetos de vida dos usuários são egocentrados, enquanto alguns não usuários relataram projetos baseados em princípios da ética. Usuários mostraram ter dificuldade para elaborar estratégias eficientes para alcançar seus projetos, revelando-se dependentes de fatores sobre os quais não têm controle, o que evidencia heteronomia. Resultados referentes ao terceiro tema mostram que não usuários referem-se ao usuário identificando-o com clareza como dependente químico, enquanto usuários revelaram ambivalência quanto à concepção de si mesmos como dependentes, identificando fatores externos como responsáveis por sua condição, esquivando-se de responsabilidade, com prejuízo para o prognóstico. Considerando a articulação entre os três temas, é possível dizer que usuários de drogas mostraram menor autonomia e não utilizam autorregulação intencional com direcionamento sustentável ao estabelecerem seus projetos de vida e buscarem estratégias para alcançá-los. Isso os deixa vulneráveis e favorece o aumento da manifestação de comportamentos indesejáveis. A necessidade de estímulo a práticas adolescentes que favoreçam o desenvolvimento da autonomia, a assunção de responsabilidades e as escolhas associadas a oportunidades de desenvolvimento saudável são evidenciadas pelos dados obtidos.TextNEIVA, Janine Marinho Dagnoni.
