Africanidades em três letras de rap de Rincon Sapiência: fuga como resistência, tradição oral e consciência

Resumo: The present study identifies and analyzes cultural, behavioral, resistance, self esteem and other elements; as well as literary aspects and the exposure of the art, religion, beauty and great achievements of the Afro people, present in three rap compositions of Rincon Sapiência, such as the legends of African traditions, the inherited elements from African ancestry; while examining them comparatively with other artistic productions, but with the same discursive content. The focus is on the lyrics of the rapper's "Crime bárbaro”", "Ponta de lança (Verso livre)" and "Amores às escuras". The study considers the oral tradition, which is so important for the memory and identity of the peoples of Africa, as the main influence mark of the resistance movements of the Brazilian black people, in most cases centered on the spoken word, such as literary sarahs, slams poetry, educational practices and rap itself. The starting point of the work seeks to situate aspects of African matrix and their contributions in the Brazilian peripheral cultural production; passing also by the emergence, trajectory and performance of rap in Brazil. The study also denounces the actions of exclusion of the black people in the formation of speeches, mainly literary, by the hegemonic elites; proposing a new look at the artistic expressions developed in the peripheries of the country. The study seeks to highlight from the selected lyrics the potential of rap discourses in the construction of self - esteem and affirmation of descendants of the African diaspora; thus awakening the desire to be protagonists and writers of their own stories. In this sense, peripheral art is the escape element of the marginalized against the violence suffered. The work is based on theorists such as Amadou Hampaté Bâ, Jan Vansina, Paul Zumthor, Eduardo de Assis Duarte, Jessé Souza, Domício Proença Filho, Jorge Nascimento, among others.

Neste sentido, as questões relativas à qualidade do ar têm se tornado cada vez mais importantes, uma vez que vários problemas de saúde decorrem da poluição atmosférica. Dessa forma, diversos estudos aplicando técnicas de análise de séries temporais têm sido realizados, com o intuito de contribuir como ferramentas na tomada de decisões dos agentes públicos e privados no que diz respeito à prevenção de concentrações elevadas, ao controle da poluição atmosférica e à formulação de legislações para esse fim. Uma das metodologias estatísticas adotadas é a análise espectral, sendo a mesma utilizada para identificar propriedades do conjunto de dados, como por exemplo a sazonalidade. No entanto, observa-se que, entre os estudos que têm em adotado está técnica uma característica comum negligenciar a presenção de dados faltantes (missing data), que pode levar à subestimar a precisão dos resultados. Nota-se que nas séries temporais relacionadas à poluição ao atmosférica um problema frequente é a presença de dados faltantes, geralmente de vido a falhas dos equipamentos de monitoramento. Assim, este documento concentra-se no estudo de metodologias usadas para estimar a função de autocorrelação e a densidade espectral de séries temporais univariadas na presença ou sem dados faltantes. Os estimadores sugeridos são baseada na metodologia de Amplitude Modulada, proposta por Parzen (1963), e no periodograma de Lomb-Scargle (LOMB, 1976; SCARGLE, 1982). Além disso, são propostos estimadores das funções de autocovariância e autocorrelação de séries temporais, considerando a conexão entre o domínio do tempo e da frequência por meio da relação entre a função de autocovariância e a densidade espectral. Desta forma, no primeiro artigo desta tese foram apresentados três métodos para estimação da função de autocorrelação de séries temporais univariadas estacionárias na presença de dados faltantes. As propriedades te´ oricas dos estimadores foram avaliadas e seus desempenhos para amostras finitas investigados através de um estudo de simulação numérica. Por fim, foi proposto a aplicação destas metodologias para avaliar uma série temporal de concentrações de MP10 da Região da Grande Vitória (RGV), Espírito Santo, Brasil, com dados faltantes. No segundo artigo é apresentado um método de estimação para as funções de autocorrelação e autocovariância de séries temporais considerando a conexão entre o domínio do tempo e da frequência. As propriedades assintóticas do método são avaliadas através de estudo de simulação de Monte Carlo para diferentes tamanhos amostrais e porcentagens de dados faltantes. Já no terceiro artigo, que é a principal contribuição desta tese, foram propostos dois métodos para estimar a função de densidade espectral de séries temporais estacionárias na presença de dados faltantes. Foi estudado o efeito da porcentagem de dados faltantes nos estimadores empregados. Os métodos foram analisados através de simulações e uma aplicação a dados reais de MP10 monitorados na RGV também foi considerada.   This qualitative research aimed to analyze which and how the psychodynamic processes of pleasure and suffering experienced by labor judges of the Regional Labor Court of the State of Espírito Santo (TRT-ES) in work situations occur, this from the perspective of the theory of Work Psychodynamics (PDT), guiding theoretical framework of the study. The study was instrumentalized through interviews with a semi-structured script conducted with twelve magistrates, which were divided equally between men and women, so as to highlight distinctions, which was not demonstrated in the analysis of the research. The interviews were fully recorded and later transcribed. A general data protocol was provided to the participants, which originated data analyzed and discussed in the study. The criterion used, regarding the number of research participants, was the saturation of each analysis category, which were chosen a priori, according to contributions from the Clinical Labor Analysis (Mendes & Araújo, 2012). A single category emerged during the collection of interview data, which is why the study has an a posteriori category, called “power and power relations”, including power in the Foucaultian sense. Data were classified into three axes, within which the analysis categories were weighted through content analysis and PDT contributions. It was observed, as demonstrated in the study results and discussion, that overwork and goal management through productivity in numbers are factors related to suffering at work, as well as other issues regarding working conditions and aspects of tasks performed. , against which individual defense strategies operate. Subjective mobilizations, in this context and in relation to the other identified categories, are not preferably handled by the magistrates, having highlighted in the participants' verbalizations the themes: loneliness, repetition and ethical suffering. The strengthening of the collective work and the creation and maintenance of a space for discussion were demanded by the magistrates during the research, which is understood to be necessary for subjective mobilizations to embrace.
