SCIENCE AND MOVEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION: A CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK FOR DIAGNOSIS

Resumo: Competitiveness and increased performance may result from investing in organizational innovation, even if it is still subjective in its understanding and purpose. This study aims to present a conceptual framework that demonstrates the dynamics and movement of organizational innovation and model a diagnostic model of the practice of this type of innovation. It was found that there was progress in understanding the theme, emerging "approaches and tools" that can be characterized as organizational innovation. As well as, a series of gains, from the use of this innovation, were verified, among them, the increase of the operational efficiency, stimulating the culture of innovation, restructuring of the management and procedures, and expansion of the satisfaction of the collaborators and other Stakeholders. Thus, the proposed framework presents a transformation, where learning and knowledge cover the operational development, human and external relations, and guides the company to identify and seize internal and macroenvironmental opportunities. Thus, the model concentrates and conveys the importance of continuous improvement; the effective participation of employees in innovation processes; company cooperation in its value chain; ability to create and leverage new business and; ability to implement and enjoy various types of innovation.

O referido estudo tem por objetivo apresentar um framework conceitual que demonstre a dinâmica e movimento da inovação organizacional e chancele um modelo de diagnóstico da prática deste tipo de inovação. Apurou-se que houve um progresso no entendimento da temática, surgindo “abordagens e ferramentas” que podem ser caracterizadas como inovação organizacional. Bem como, uma série de ganhos, a partir do uso desta inovação, foram constatados, entre eles, o aumento da eficiência operacional, estimulo à cultura de inovação, reestruturação da gestão e procedimentos, e ampliação da satisfação dos colaboradores e demais Stakeholders. Mediante a isso, o framework proposto apresenta uma transformação, onde o aprendizado e conhecimento acobertam o desenvolvimento operacional, humano e das relações externas, e orienta a empresa a identificar e aproveitar oportunidades internas e do macroambiente.
