This article proposes a system of indicators to assess the performance of companies in ErgonomicsBuilding Construction. The system was built based mainly on studies related to the performance evaluation ofconstruction industry. There was also the contribution of indicators of quality, sustainability, quality of worklife, organizational behavior and Safety. For the construction of the indicators were used literature searchesand studies on pre-existing indicators related to construction, ergonomics and safety, together with the relevantstandards in Brazil, to complement the indicators constructed. The indicators have been marked, named andits components were assigned to write, finally, the System Performance Indicators for Building ConstructionErgonomics - Sidecar. All studies were based on the main objectives of ergonomics, health, safety, satisfactionand efficiency. This article shows that the system, according to the methodology and studies, can be widelyapplied in building construction companies.
