Resumo: | The study seeks what is produced, released and knowledge generated by scholars and researchers of the subject. It can be seen a recent increase in publications on the subject of this work because the business is going through a period rich in the aspects and impacts of global transformations of changing circumstances regarding the management of organizations. The agent and principal beneficiary of this situation is the human being in its various functions within the organization. Through an exploratory study based on a qualitative research through a literature review, the paper presents a set of concepts of organizational culture and security, highlighting the importance of understanding these concepts to the success of corporations. As a result, we analyzed the theoretical demonstration of various authors on the construct of the issue to strengthen and support as the organizational culture and safety culture directly affect the results of organizations. |

Percebe-se um aumento recente das publicações sobre o tema deste trabalho devido o mundo empresarial estar passando por um período rico sob os aspectos dos impactos e mudanças conjunturais de transformações globais no que tange à gestão das organizações. O agente e beneficiário principal desta conjuntura é o ser humano, nas suas diversas funções dentro da organização. Através de um estudo exploratório com base em uma pesquisa qualitativa por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, o trabalho traz um conjunto de conceitos sobre cultura organizacional e de segurança, evidenciando a importância da compreensão destes conceitos para o sucesso das corporações.
