Resumo: ABSTRACT This paper deals with the legacy of Soviet Socialist Pedagogy, especially in relation to the understanding of the need for the relationship between labor and education in human formation. The reflections are based on the study of the principles and the foundations of the Single School of Labor, as well as the proposal and the educational experience developed by Moisey M. Pistrak.  The results show that there are important legacies left by Soviet Socialist Pedagogy, since it presents a theoretical and practical framework of educational experiences, in which we can support our educational practices, on the way to rethink the relationship between labor, education, and teaching today, in the search for the integral human formation of men and women. We also affirm, even if briefly, the importance of Soviet Socialist Pedagogy for the advancement of Marxist pedagogy and for confronting the current Pedagogy of Capital. Las reflexiones se basan en el estudio de los principios y los fundamentos de la Escuela Única de Trabajo, así como en la propuesta y la experiencia educativa desarrollada por Moisey M. Pistrak.  Los resultados demuestran que hay importantes legados dejados por la Pedagogía Socialista Soviética, porque presenta un marco teórico y práctico de experiencias educativas, en el que podemos apoyar nuestras prácticas educativas, en el camino de repensar la relación entre el trabajo, la educación y la enseñanza hoy, en la búsqueda de la formación humana integral de hombres y mujeres. También afirmamos, aunque sea brevemente, la importancia de la Pedagogía Socialista Soviética para el avance de la pedagogía marxista y para la confrontación de la actual Pedagogía del Capital. Pistrak.Este trabalho tem por objetivo refletir sobre o legado da Pedagogia Socialista Soviética, principalmente no que se refere à compreensão da necessidade da relação entre trabalho e educação na formação humana. As reflexões pautam-se no estudo dos princípios e dos fundamentos da Escola Única do Trabalho, bem como da proposta e da experiência educacional desenvolvida por Moisey M. Pistrak.  Como resultado, destacamos que há legados importantes deixados pela Pedagogia Socialista Soviética, pois essa apresenta um arcabouço teórico e prático de experiências educacionais, nas quais podemos apoiar nossas práticas educativas, no caminho para repensarmos a relação trabalho, educação e ensino na atualidade, na busca pela formação humana integral de homens e mulheres. Afirmamos também, mesmo que brevemente, a importância da Pedagogia Socialista Soviética para o avanço da pedagogia marxista e para o enfretamento da Pedagogia do Capital na atualidade.
