Resumo: We present the results of the doctoral research carried out in rural communities in Cuba (2010 - 2015). Taking the dialectical historical materialism as a method to analyze the Cuban revolution; considering the legacies of generations as peasants and revolutionary leaders, seeds of a process of collective construction that prioritized the training of human resources, with methods of collective participation, as in the peasant-to-peasant movement, in coordination with technical advances, science and the preservation of the environment in balance between society-nature-economy.

Participación.No texto apresentamos os resultados da pesquisa de doutorado realizada em comunidades rurais de Cuba (2010 - 2015), tomando como método o materialismo histórico dialético, a partir das categorias de memória e experiência desde a revolução cubana até o presente; considerando os legados de gerações como: camponeses e lideranças revolucionárias, sementes de um processo de construção coletiva que atendeu à formação de recursos humanos e colocou o homem em lugar prioritário, com métodos de participação coletiva, em coordenação com os avanços da tecnologia, ciência e a preservação do meio ambiente em equilíbrio entre sociedade-natureza-economia.
