Resumo: The text offers an overview of the context of Brazilian indigenous policy, as well as the articulations that the Brazilian indigenous movement, led by the Articulação dos Povos Indígenas do Brasil (APIB), is currently undertaking. At the same time, it is made clear how the struggles of indigenous peoples to defend their rights, especially territorial rights, are connected to other social struggles. Therefore, we draw attention to the development model that negatively affects traditional territories, through the political and economic structures of capital. Keywords: Indigenous Resistance. Al mismo tiempo, queda claro cómo las luchas de los pueblos indígenas por la defensa de sus derechos, en especial los derechos territoriales, se conectan con otras luchas sociales. Para ello, llamamos la atención sobre el modelo de desarrollo que afecta negativamente a los territorios tradicionales, a través de la estructura política y económica del capital. Ao mesmo tempo, deixa claro como as lutas dos povos indígenas pela defesa de seus direitos, especialmente o territorial, estão conectadas às demais lutas sociais. Para tanto, chamamos a atenção para o modelo de desenvolvimento que afeta de maneira negativa os territórios tradicionais, por meio das estruturas políticas e econômicas do capital.
