SPATIAL ANALYSIS OF COVID-19 CASES IN SÃO GONÇALO IN THE PERIOD FROM 2020 TO 2022

Resumo: The Long Pandemic of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome of Coronavirus 2 (Sars-Cov-2) declared by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020 extends to the 2022 World Cup heading into its third year. However, currently a pandemic finds itself in a different scenario from the initial periods, currently a pandemic as much as its new protocols and its symptoms. Within this context, geography together with spatial geoprocessing in the ability to execute its configuration and design decisions within this health conjuncture. In this way, the present work aims to spatialize and analyze the cases of COVID-19 in the municipality of São Gonçalo-RJ throughout all objective pandemic cases, in which there was a significant increase in four periods: February to May 2020, in throughout May 2020, until December 2020, February to May 2021 and months from 2021 to January 2022. For this, georeferencing by the ArcGis 10.8.2 platform of accumulated cases by neighborhood and then these cases were carried out were associated as weights to the weights of the respective centroids of each district of São Gonçalo. Subsequently, a formula from Hermuche, 2013 was used to obtain the displacement vectors. Among the results of the municipality, there are four waves presented, which has always been presented to the northeast of the direction neighborhood, due to the influence of the Jardim Catarina district.

Sin embargo, la pandemia se encuentra actualmente en un escenario diferente al de los periodos iniciales, tanto en sus protocolos de prevención y vacunación como en las nuevas cepas y sus síntomas. En este contexto, la geografía junto al geoprocesamiento reafirma su importancia en la capacidad de realizar análisis espaciales y toma de decisiones ante esta situación sanitaria. Por lo tanto, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo espacializar y analizar los casos de COVID-19 en el municipio de São Gonçalo-RJ a lo largo del período pandémico, donde hubo un aumento significativo de casos en cuatro períodos: febrero a mayo de 2020, septiembre a diciembre de 2020, febrero a mayo de 2021 y noviembre de 2021 hasta enero de 2022. Para ello se realizó la georreferenciación mediante la plataforma ArcGis 10.8.2 de los casos acumulados en los meses por barrio y luego se asociaron estos casos como pesos a los respectivos centroides de cada barrio de São Gonçalo. Posteriormente se utilizó la fórmula estadística para obtener los vectores de desplazamiento de los centros promedio mensuales de casos de COVID-19. Entre los resultados, se observó que las cuatro ondas, aunque presenten comportamientos diferentes, el vector de dirección siempre termina tendiendo a ir al noreste del municipio por la influencia del barrio Jardim Catarina.A pandemia da Síndrome Respiratória Aguda Grave do Coronavírus 2 (Sars-Cov-2) declarada pela Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) em janeiro de 2020 vem se estendendo ao longo de 2022 caminhando para seu terceiro ano. Porém atualmente a pandemia encontra-se emum cenário diferente dos períodos iniciais, tanto em seus protocolos de prevenção e vacinação quanto nas novas cepas e seus sintomas. Dentro desse contexto, a geografia junto ao geoprocessamento reafirma sua importância na capacidade de realização de análises espaciais e tomadas de decisões frente a essa conjuntura sanitária.  Dessa forma, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo espacializar e analisar os casos de COVID-19 no município de São Gonçalo-RJ ao longo de todo período pandêmico, onde ocorreram um aumento significativo de casos em quatro períodos: fevereiro até maio de 2020, setembro até dezembro de 2020, fevereiro a maio de 2021 e novembro de 2021 até janeiro de 2022. Para isso, foram realizados os georreferenciamento pela plataforma do ArcGis 10.8.2 de casos acumulados nos meses por bairro e em seguida esses casos foram associados como pesos aos respectivos centroides de cada bairro de São Gonçalo. Posteriormente, foi utilizada a fórmula de Hermuche, 2013 para obter os vetores de deslocamento.
