MOBILITY IN MEXICO CITY: accidents and valuation of services

Resumo: | Mobility in Mexico City is part of the production of space, not only in the configuration of a vehicular grid, arrangement of material supports for the different modes of travel, connectivity, and accessibility, but also due to the moment of distribution of merchandise, services and people. Conditions for a new ontology of the city, from being the center of the production of goods, to the financial conglomerate of insurance companies, leisure, entertainment and fun centers, therefore, the reasons for which people travel have changed, they moved, fundamentally, in a pendular way, from home to school or work, 1983-1994, today, 2007-2017, destinations have diversified, increases related to some service: living together, going to the doctor, carrying out a procedure, going out to eat, socializing, having fun, picking someone up, shopping, a religious act, among others. Travel, material supports and transport cause accidents that are reported by Open Data C5, from January 2018 to December 2022, by the local government: crash, run over, skidded, cyclist fall, rollover and fall passenger in the main avenues of the Cuauhtémoc delegation: Avenida Insurgentes and Avenida Reforma. The most affected age range, 25 to 34 years, mainly men. The effect, services enrich, health, protection and insurance. Road accidents are a commodity, a system that solves multi-causal problems is not prevented or planned. |

Condições para uma nova ontologia da cidade, de centro de produção de bens, a conglomerado financeiro de seguradoras e centros de entretenimento, portanto, os motivos pelos quais as pessoas viajam mudaram, trocas, fundamentalmente, de forma pendular, de casa para a escola ou trabalho, 1983-1994, hoje, 2007-2017, os destinos diversificaram-se, aumentaram relacionados com algum serviço: atenção médica, fazer um procedimento, jantar, socializar, divertir-se, dar caronas, shopping, ato religioso e outros. Viagens, suportes materiais e transportes provocam acidentes que são reportados pelo Open Data C5, de janeiro de 2018 a dezembro de 2022, pela prefeitura: batida, atropelamento, derrapagem, queda de ciclista, capotamento e queda de passageiro nas principais avenidas da delegação Cuauhtémoc: Avenida Insurgentes e Avenida Reforma. A faixa etária mais acometida, de 25 a 34 anos, principalmente homens. O efeito, valorização dos serviços, saúde, proteção e seguro. Os acidentes rodoviários são uma mercadoria, não é prevenido ou planejado um sistema que resolva problemas multicausais.La movilidad en la Ciudad de México forma parte de la producción del espacio no sólo en la configuración de una retícula vehicular, disposición de soportes materiales para los diferentes modos de viaje, lugares conectados y accesibles, también por el momento de distribución de mercancías, servicios y personas. Condiciones para una nueva ontología de la ciudad, de ser el centro de la producción de mercancías paso al conglomerado financiero de aseguradoras, centros de esparcimiento, entretenimiento y diversión, por ello, los motivos por los que se desplazan los viajeros han presentado cambios, se movían, fundamentalmente, de manera pendular, del hogar a la escuela o trabajo, 1983-1994, hoy, 2007-2017, se han diversificado los destinos, incrementos relacionados con algún servicio: convivir, ir al médico, realizar un trámite, ir a comer, social, diversión, llevar o recoger a alguien, ir de compras, acto religioso y otro. Los viajes, soportes materiales y transportes provocan accidentes que se reportan por los Datos Abiertos C5, desde enero del 2018 a diciembre del 2022, por el Gobierno local: choque, atropellado, derrapado, caída de ciclista, volcadura y caída de pasajero en las avenidas principales de la delegación Cuauhtémoc: Avenida Insurgentes y Avenida Reforma. El rango de edad más afectado, 25 a 34 años, principalmente hombres. El efecto, valorización de los servicios, salud, protección y seguros.
